Kylie kicked off her festivities with the release of a new Birthday Collection from her billionaire dollar company Kylie Cosmetics and shared snaps of her and her family cruising around Italy.
And any billionaire chooses to celebrate in style, wearing the perfect gown, a breathtaking feathered wedding dress with a striking leg split and one shoulder detail for her special occasion.

The star continued to celebrate in the most lavish way possible, roaming the Italian streets with her boyfriend Travis Scott and her family.
Kylie posed next to gorgeous floral arrangements shaped in the numbers 22 and received some extravagant and expensive gifts such as a diamond encrusted necklace gifted by Travis.
