Karlie Kloss and her husband Joshua Kushner are celebrating their one year wedding anniversary! The supermodel took to Instagram to share stunning never-before-seen wedding pictures with her followers.
Kloss also shared an 8-minute-long Instagram video, showing the snippets from the 700-hour-long process of creating Kloss’ custom wedding gown with Dior’s creative director, Maria Grazia Chiuri. The video takes us from the initial sketches, to the first fitting in Paris, to receiving the finished piece days before the ceremony.
Kloss describes that the gown was “inspired by “gorgeous lace and flowers and a really classic silhouette. I love the idea of this big, beautiful old fashion veil and this bodice with a gorgeous delicate lace. Then sleeves to a three-quarter length. Really elegant, just classic and modern.”
“I feel like this is a dream, like I’m going to wake up,” she says to Chiuri before seeing her dress for the first time. “Pinch me.” And then soon after: “I’m going to cry. I don’t believe it. I feel like Cinderella right now. I’m going to be saying that for the next three weeks.”
Her mother, who joined her in Paris for the first fitting, also said” “It took my breath away. I’m so surprised and I absolutely love everything about it. It fits Karlie so well.”
Kushner also shared a stunning image of his wife, in celebration of their anniversary.
