I think we can all agree that if there’s one person we’re always rooting for to have a happily ever after, it’s Jennifer Aniston.
Of course, this is real life and no fairytale, so we’re bound to be left heartbroken.
In a statement to AP, Jennifer and Justin Theroux announced their separation after two years of marriage.

Making the announcement through her publicist, Stephen Huvane, the couple described the choice to separate as “mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year.”
Which means we’ve all been living a lie since the end of 2017.
The statement went on to say that the decision to make the split public was in a bid to “reduce any further speculation.”
“Normally we would do this privately, but given that the gossip industry cannot resist an opportunity to speculate and invent, we wanted to convey the truth directly.”
“Whatever else is printed about us that is not directly from us, is someone else’s fictional narrative. Above all, we are determined to maintain the deep respect and love that we have for one another.”
The statement describes the two as “best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship.”
Jennifer and Justin first met in Hawaii in 2008 when Justin was filming Tropic Thunder and Jennifer was on holiday, however they only pursued a public relationship in 2011, making their couple debut at the MTV Movie Awards after party.
Jennifer was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005, before his marriage to Angelina Jolie.
