Our favourite couple has moved one step closer to their big day! Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez’s engagement party took place at the Los Angeles home of singer Carole Bayer Sager on Friday.
A source told E! News: ‘It was a dimly lit party with candles everywhere, white flowers and purple lighting. It was held both indoors and outdoors. It was a chance for all of their friends in LA to celebrate their engagement.’
J.Lo looked incredible in a white ruffled one-shoulder top, and let her hair down on a side part for a soft look. Her makeup featured a light contour that accentuated her stunning bone structure, a smokey eye and nude lip.
The guests ranged from close family members, including the couple’s children’s from their previous marriages, to celebrities such as Ryan Seacrest.
Long-time friend Leah Remini also made an appearance and posted a stunning selfie of herself with the bride-to-be, captioning it ‘#reunitedanditfeelssogood’.
The A-List couple has remained quite silent about the details of their upcoming wedding, but the Hustlers star did say in a video on her YouTube channel over the summer that it will be happening next year. “It’s been three years now. [We’ll get hitched] soon, not soon-soon but next year. I’d like a big wedding. I’d like to get married in a church this time. Never been married in a church.”
