Gwyneth Paltrow, the Queen of unrealistic lifestyle and wellness advice ($125,000 dumbbells, anyone?), has confirmed she’s now engaged to Brad Falchuk.
Gwyneth first met the producer when she joined the cast of Glee in 2014, and the two made their relationship public in April of 2015.
The Academy Award-winning actress shared the exciting news via Instagram, posting an image of the two on the cover of GOOP’s latest issue, The Deep.

In a joint statement from the latest issue, the couple said, “We feel incredibly lucky to have come together at this junction in our lives when our collective successes and failures can serve as building blocks for a healthy and happy relationship.”
Referring to her past relationships, Gwyneth later adds in the interview, “I have decided to give it a go again, not only because I believe I have found the man I was meant to be with, but because I have accepted the soul-stretching, pattern-breaking opportunities that (terrifyingly) are made possible by intimacy.”
Gwyneth was previous married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin for ten years, and have two children together – Apple and Moses.
The exes have an amicable relationship, with Gwyneth even posting a photo of her Chris and Brad together at Sunday brunch, hashtagging the photo with “#modernfamily”
