Escape to the bush at The Springs. Located in the hinterland of Peats Ridge, the Springs is a unique and fabulous wedding destination located just an hour from Newcastle and 40 minutes from Wahroonga.

Created and styled by owner Jill Seckold, the luxury space can host intimate weddings for as little as 40 people through to sit down events for up to 300.

The Springs is proud to support local farmers, organic produce, and overall sustainability. Locally-sourced ingredients from the surrounding Central Coast are expertly crafted by Executive Chef Dan, using the freshest produce to create a menu specially tailored for your wedding day.

Choose from a range of dining options, including degustations, grazing stations, share plates, and travelling canapés, and enjoy delicious cocktails made from local flavours, with a selection of drinks including hibiscus gin sours, honey and bush tea, and hibiscus and lychee martinis.

The picturesque outdoors provides a perfect backdrop for your wedding photos and plenty of cosy areas for you and your guests to enjoy. Friends can head to the Chill Out Zone, where they can kick back amongst the haystacks and velvet chairs, or enjoy the caravan bars, popcorn and lemonade stands, and lawn games available across the grounds. For the busy bride, the Quack Shack makes for the perfect retreat, complete with mirrors, stylish tapestry chairs, and champagne to enjoy.

With the choice of fireworks, sparkler send offs, or a horse and carriage, you can bring your special day at The Springs to an unforgettable end.

Taking place on Sunday the 28th of January, the Expo will feature a runway show showcasing a variety of bridal and menswear designers, including Australian favourite Carla Zampatti. With over 60 wedding suppliers in attendance, you’ll be spoiled for choice as you visit the bubbles and cocktail bar, pamper yourself in the VIP room and glam tepee, feast at the delicious Springs café, and take in the sights of the live entertainment.
