Speaking as to why she travels so frequently in search of the latest designs, owner and founder Diala Abu Issa shares, “I wanted to bring the best that is out there into Dubai. When I do my buying, I’ll always cater to the modest bride, the bride who wants a beach wedding and then we have those who want to have a big ballroom wedding – so I always have these brides in mind and I want to bring them the best collection.”
The Bridal Showroom offers a unique, hands-on approach to bridal fittings, with Diala Abu Issa personally attending to offer expert advice and listen to each bride’s desires. She not only expects professional customer service, but strives to provide the same level of excellence to her own clients.
In 2012, The Bridal Showroom opened its door in Dubai, offering a unique and unparalleled bridal shopping experience in the city. Prior to its arrival, brides getting wedded in Dubai had to travel to Europe or the U.S. to purchase designer wedding dresses. However, Diala wanted her city to offer a one-stop bridal shop, bringing all the top quality and exclusive bridal couture brands from around the world to under one roof in Dubai.
