DANIELLE AND SCOTT’S TROPICAL THAILAND WEDDING

Danielle and Scott’s wedding took place in none other than Thailand, on a 12 acre private estate in Koh Samui. This couple wanted to create a celebration full of energy and fun, and that’s exactly what they did!

Being a huge flower lover, bride Danielle wanted a different floral experience for each part of the wedding, incorporating  Thai orchids, phalaenopsis, hydrangeas, roses and carnations to create a sensational, colourful wedding.

The ceremony was set on a gorgeous lawn area in the middle of a huge frangipani overlooking the ocean. The white carpet aisle was 80 metres in length and extended from the entrance hall all the way up to the pool where an arch full of Thai orchids and hydrangeas awaited the couple.  Danielle and Scott described the intimate ceremony as the most special part of their day, particularly walking out as husband and wife!

Following the reception, guests were directed to the Coconut Garden where there was a bright colourful bar full of different type of tropical cocktails and canapé menus. The floral design of the coconut garden was colourful and full of vibrancy. Guests were treated with a live guitarist/vocalist in the coconut garden.

Finally, the guests were moved to the reception area which was on  decking overlooking the ocean. This part of the wedding was all about the wow factor, with lush flowers hanging from the top of a marquee.  Guests enjoyed dinner under flowers and felt like they were sitting in a floral fairyland right in front of a private beach.

Steering away from tradition, the couple performed their first dance together as soon as they were introduced at the reception and to everyone’s surprise fireworks went off right at the end of their dance, and at that time everyone joined them on the dance floor to dance the night away!.
