To celebrate the birth of Queen B herself, friends of Beyoncé and fellow celebs have taken to social to recreate her signature formation pose and the results are fabulous. Celebs paying tribute to the mother-of-three include former first lady Michelle Obama, Serena Williams, her mother Tina Knowles, her daughter Blue Ivy, her mother-in-law Gloria Carter, destiny’s child Michelle Williams & Kelly Rowland, as well as a few other noteworthy woman.
Dressed in one of her most notable outfits, an off-the-shoulder blacktop, over-sized silver necklace, brimmed black hat and her signature long black braids, they all looked perfectly mysterious and totally Beyoncé-esque.
As a sweet surprise for her 36th birthday the photos were published to Beyonce.com with the message ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEYONCÉ FROM YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS’. Beneath the birthday wish a message urging everyone to support the relief efforts in Beyoncé’s hometown of Houston which was left devastated after Hurricane Harvey hit last week.
Another endearing surprise came from husband Jay-Z on Sunday night who during his headline gig at the Made In America Festival in Philadelphia stopped to get the crowd to sing to her as she watched from the side of the stage. The crowd was enthralled and Beyoncé was definitely seemed delighted by it.
She was spotted earlier at the Made In America Festival celebrating her birthday in a fabulously loud outfit. Sporting a Fen Chen Wang bright yellow floor length coat teamed with a pair of R13 floral printed flatform boots. She was also wearing a Houston Rockets jersey referring again to the Houston’s devastating natural disaster.
