American Idol’s Pia Toscano married the love of her life Jimmy R.O. Smith, who she met while on tour with Jennifer Lopez, in a stunning Wedding surrounded by their closest friends and family in New York City.
“I can actually sum up my wedding in 2 words a fairytale with some soul. The amount of love that filled the room was indescribable. We wanted our wedding to be romantic and intimate so we would have the opportunity to really enjoy all of our guests- which we did.”
Pia donned two dramatic wedding dresses for the occasion designed by Michael Costello, one of the gorgeous gowns featured a plunging V-neckline with beaded shoulder embroidery along the silky fabric, while, Toscano’s second frock was ultra-modern and sexy with it’s high-low hemline and sheer bodice. LOVE!
The dress code for the night was women in white and men in black, as the couple wanted to include every single guest in their bridal party – such a wonderful idea!
When asked abut the most heart-warming moment of her Special Day, Pia told Wedded Wonderland it would have to be her first dance with her husband as well as giving each other surprise performances. “Mine was singing “Say You Won’t Let Go” by James Arthur to Jimmy before our first dance and then Jimmy surprising me with a performance during my dance with my father.”
