Paiz captioned her Instagram post, “So glad I turned the page… September is the month I walk down the aisle to spend forever with you,” accompanied by sun-lit photos of the couple embracing in a field while she flashed her new ring. 

Igor slid into the comments with “I love you from the first moment,” and later shared on his feed that he popped the question on Valentine’s Day 2025. 

He called that moment “one of the most unforgettable moments of my life,” adding that their love story has since been a journey of growth, discovery, and blossoming connection 

What’s especially sweet is how naturally Igor has bonded with Paiz’s three kids: Elle (9), Alaïa (6), and Steel (5). 

In his announcement, he wrote that his love for Catherine “has multiplied and gracefully extended to three extraordinary kids,” calling his new family dynamic “one of the most eye-opening and transformative experiences” he’s ever had. “I never imagined I could feel a love so pure… a love that reshapes me every day,” he added 

This engagement follows a turbulent chapter: Catherine and Austin McBroom finalized their divorce in early 2024 after publicly confirming their split. 

Despite the end of their marriage, they’ve maintained a cooperative co-parenting dynamic. Austin even expressed respect for Igor, calling him a “great guy.”

Not to mention, Paiz and Igor actually went public with their relationship in November 2024, months before the Valentine’s Day proposal unfolded. 

And sources say their connection started long before that, including a spiritual retreat in Brazil where they formed a deep bond while exploring meditation, heritage, and mutual values.
