Georgia and Josh’s Santorini Wedding celebrations looked nothing short of magical!
With a dreamy and timeless feel, Georgia and Josh let the gorgeous scenery speak for itself, keeping the decorations to a minimum, because with a backdrop like the island of Santorini, what more could you possibly need?
Combining both their cultures, the couples day began with a civil ceremony, followed by a combination of cultural traditions throughout the night, including cultural dancing, live music and fireworks for their first dance together as husband and wife.
One of the highlights of the celebrations was the entertaining celebrant! “Our celebrant was a classic … With a strong Greek accent, my husband struggled to understand him for some key points during the ceremony which made for some funny moments!”
If there’s one thing that surprised Georgia it was how calm she was on her Special Day. “I am someone that overthinks, over analyses and I was completely surprised by how many people said to me ‘you are the calmest bride I have ever seen.’ And, as I said in my speech, marrying my husband was the easiest decision I had ever made, which made me calm from the morning of the day!”
