Monika and Daniel were gifted a weekend away to the beautiful Coles Bay in Tasmania and Daniel planned a special surprise for Monika. The two set off to Wineglass Bay where Daniel gave Monika a book he created, and on the last page was the question “will you marry me?”. Of course, Monika’s answer was yes! Monika thought that was the end of her surprise proposal, but little did she know Daniel flown both their families to Tasmania and surprised the couple back to where they were staying. This was a weekend that Monika was never going to forget.
The couple decided to tie the knot in St John’s Anglican Church where the church walls echoed the song ‘Falling In Love With You’ sung by the couple’s cousin, as Monika was walking down the aisle to meet her husband, giving all their wedding guests goosebumps!
The couple’s personalised and luxurious taste was put into detail with all elements of the wedding, and it was certainly an impeccable display. This theme was tied in seamlessly with a classic and romantic colour scheme incorporating white, gold and emerald touches throughout the details of their wedding. The couple had their initials and personalised emblem embossed into all components of their wedding stationery including, the invitations, wedding ceremony booklets, seating plan, floor decal and menus as well as the bride’s veil. The reception was adorned with candles and abundant floral arrangements incorporating a range of seasonal foliage.
The bride also had an outfit change during the reception. Following her beautiful J’Aton Couture gown, she changed into a short dress detailing lace and tulle shoulders, a perfect dress to dance the night away!
A unique touch the couple added to their special day was in their bonbonniere. Each guest were given personalised messages accompanied with purple ribbons to honour Monika’s father who passed away. A perfect way to end a spectacular and unforgettable wedding.
