They say three times a charm, and this was certainly the case for Miriam and Joseph! The happy Couple finally wed after postponing 3 times due to COVID and what a perfect day it was.
It was a modern-day love story for these two, becoming inseparable within weeks after meeting on Instagram! A few months after buying their first house, Joseph proposed to the love of his life in their new home, a proposal story definitely to tell! Miriam recalls the moment Joseph proposed to her, “I had originally thought someone was robbing our house… I may have ruined our proposal, but it was by far amazing.”
The newlyweds were Married with all of their siblings in the Bridal Party, Miriam being 1 of 6 and Joseph 1 of 5. This meant the world to the happy Couple as they are both so family orientated, “seeing both families come as one would have to be the most special part of the day. We were now one.” Looking back, Miriam wouldn’t change anything about their special day, everything happened for a reason. “We feel so blessed we were able to have our dream Wedding as Melbourne went back into lockdown 3 days after. Words can’t describe how grateful we were”.
Their Wedding was on a Monday – yes, a Monday! With many Couples who have had to postpone their Wedding, rescheduling to a weekday will become the new norm and the trend of mid-week Weddings will rise!
