After three years of dating, Ayu and and Adli tied the knot in a lavish wedding celebration filled with a variety of rich traditions and customs. Ayu and Adli are a couple that greatly admire a wedding with traditional theme and coming from different backgrounds, Ayu from Java and Adli from Bukit Tinggi, West Sumatra,they decided to embrace the concept of marriage with a blend of Javanese and Minang customs, experiencing new and exciting traditions on their wedding day.
One of the most breath-taking parts of this wedding was the Kirab procession at the reception, whereby Ayu and Adli walked toward the decorated wedding seat with the procession of Javanese customs and halfway through the procession, they surprised everyone with a welcome dance deriving from Minang tradition, demonstrating the unity of their cultures and becoming one on this special day.
