Out-of-this-world extravagance lit up the runway at Chanel’s latest show at Paris Fashion Week, literally! Karl Lagerfeld installed and launched a giant rocket inside the Grand Palais, adding the right amount of icing to his signature Chanel treats that made their way down the catwalk. “There’s going to be space clothes, but not silly like the Sixties,” Lagerfeld said during a preview. In keeping with his word, guests were met with a palette of white, grey and silver (did someone say astronaut?)
