Approximately 4 kilos of Milk Chocolate was used in the making of this cake.
This cake was 5 tiers and was made for an Engagement party with 250 guests. There was plenty of cake leftover for guests to take home.
1. Melt milk chocolate in microwave
2. Lay Tim Tams over a cake tray and use melted chocolate as a ‘glue’ to hold them together. Stack Tim Tams on top of each other to create the cake.
