Interactive activations with bookable packages, event-only offers, celebrity travel tips, giveaways and integrated digital follow-up entertained its thousands of guests, making it far more than a traditional expo. Guests could expect exclusive offers, thousands of prizes, expert advice and bucket-list destination inspiration all under one roof.

Led by Elena, the boutique studio specialises in thoughtfully curated private gatherings, handled with intention and precision. Her orchestration of the Wedded Concierge stand was a masterclass in turning a vision into a living, breathing space.
Behind the stand’s elegant props was Hazel Events & Prop Hire, Melbourne’s go-to for premium prop styling across all occasions.
Their signature white curtain draping creates the ultimate high-end aesthetic, blocking backgrounds perfectly and bringing a bridal elegance to any space. For the Wedded Concierge stand, the drapery created that instantly recognisable sense of occasion: soft, sophisticated, and utterly transportive.
Flowers took the stage, care of Once Upon a Flower, a Victoria-based wedding supplier specialising in premium floral products, from centrepieces and arches to floral backdrops and more.
Daleeda operates the studio and is well-known for her creativity and excellent customer service, with a particular skill for creating floral decorations and finding unique items to use in styling an event. Her florals brought warmth, romance, and that unmistakable bridal energy to the stand.
Harry the Hirer led production, offering event furniture, hospitality, temporary marquees, signage and technical production for hire. The production backbone of the stand, Harry the Hirer ensured every element landed exactly as intended.
A stunning, intricately beaded gown was on display, designed by Silvia Khoshaba Couture, the well-known bridal designer that offers customers unique and timeless couture gowns.
The label is best known for its romantic, figure-flattering silhouettes adorned with delicate lace and opulent fabrics. The gown on display was a breathtaking centrepiece, a reminder of what awaits every bride who begins her planning journey with Wedded Concierge.
The finishing touch? Custom decals by Decal It that brought the Wedded Concierge branding to life throughout the stand, adding that polished, editorial quality that elevated the space from beautiful to truly branded.

Passport Card offered soon-to-be-married couples a smarter, stress-free way to manage money across their honeymoon; a travel insurance provider famous for loading payouts onto a physical card for instant medical and travel emergencies. The collaboration featured major prize giveaways, such as Maldives trips and gift cards.
Global Ballooning Australia brought a touch of magic that stopped the room. For over 30 years, Global Ballooning Australia has been Victoria’s most experienced and awarded hot air balloon company. Melbourne remains the only major city in the world where commercial hot air balloons are able to fly over the CBD, and for couples who want a proposal or honeymoon moment unlike any other, this is as close to flying as love gets.
