Wedded Wonderland had the pleasure of attending the David Jones Salon Bridal Presentation yesterday. Hosted at Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel, let’s just say it sure didn’t disappoint!

The exclusive event by EVH PR showcased the new season collections from the best Australian and International Bridal Designers in an intimate presentation.

With the delicious lunch by Executive Chef, John Pye to the decadent styling and florals by Oak & Linden and Susan Avery to the personalised stationery created by D&d Letterpress and Written By Hand, we were blown away. The event was hosted by the ever stylish Terry Biviano and Kate Waterhouse. They talked guests through the event and gave some great personal advice for brides to be.

But the best (and most exciting) part was the array of incredible gowns on display. Designers such as Oscar De La Renta, Carolina Herrera, Karen Willis Holmes and Steven Khalil had every woman in the room wanting to be a bride (even the already married ones.)

And of course what event is an event without delectable sweets? Laduree had us covered with macaron towers and gorgeous take away dessert boxes.

So ladies if you’re looking for the ultimate dress, be sure to visit the Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel Bridal Showcase. All the gowns we saw will be available for viewing at this event, along with these and many other suppliers who will inspire you for your big day. It’s on October 12th and tickets are limited.
