The sooner the better! Many couples book 12-18 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons and international events. I always recommend reaching out as early as possible to avoid disappointment. The best way to connect is via my contact form, where you can include your event date, location, and any initial details to help me assist you efficiently.
To officially secure your booking, I require both a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit. Once these are received, your date is locked in and exclusively reserved for you. Upon initial contact, I can tentatively hold your date for up to 7 days, but please note that due to high demand, unconfirmed holds cannot be extended beyond this period. After your booking is confirmed, I'll be in touch to guide you through the next steps, including music selection, timelines, and any special requests.
Yes! I perform worldwide and love the opportunity to bring my music to destination weddings across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and Oceania. For interstate or international bookings, I recommend contacting me at least 3-6 months in advance to allow sufficient time for travel arrangements and coordination with your venue and planner. My travel pricing is transparent and always discussed before confirming your booking.
Absolutely! Collaboration is one of my favourite parts of performing. I frequently work alongside DJs, singers, pianists, saxophonists, and other instrumentalists, and I'm happy to adapt my set to complement your entertainment lineup. If you already have performers booked, I'll liaise directly with them to ensure a seamless, cohesive experience for your guests.
If your event needs to be rescheduled, I'll always do my best to accommodate your new date. If I'm available, all payments made will be transferred to the new date with no additional fee. If I'm unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation as per the terms outlined in your agreement. Please note that deposits are non-refundable as they secure your exclusive date and preparation time.
If government restrictions or travel bans directly affect your event, I offer flexible rescheduling options where possible. Your payments will be transferred to a new available date. However, if I'm unavailable, it will be treated as a cancellation under standard policy. I strongly recommend that all clients have wedding or event insurance to safeguard their investment against unforeseen circumstances.
Setup typically takes between 15-60 minutes, depending on the scale and location of your event, and includes full soundcheck and equipment calibration. All setup and pack down occur outside of your booked performance time, ensuring your experience runs seamlessly from the moment your guests arrive.
You can view my current repertoire list on my website, which is regularly updated as I'm constantly adding new songs and arrangements. From modern chart hits to timeless classics and cultural favourites, I perform across every genre. If you have a specific song in mind that's not listed, I'm more than happy to learn it for your event with enough notice - simply send your request via the form provided.
Yes! I love creating bespoke arrangements that hold special meaning to you. Whether it's a processional piece, a family cultural song, or a reimagined version of your favourite track, I'll work to ensure it perfectly fits your moment. Please allow at least two weeks' notice for custom song requests.
Yes! I perform all over the world and specialise in luxury destination weddings across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and Oceania. I've performed in some of the most breathtaking venues across Greece, Italy, Spain, Malta, and beyond. No matter where your celebration is held, I'll ensure the same level of care, quality, and professionalism that couples experience in Australia.
It's best to reach out as early as possible - ideally 6-12 months in advance. This allows enough time for us to plan logistics, coordinate with your venue and planner, and prepare travel arrangements. Many of my destination couples secure their date around the same time they book their venue to ensure availability.
Once your booking is confirmed, I'll organise my own travel and accommodation. Travel costs are calculated from my base city for that season (typically Athens during the European summer) and include flights, ferries, transfers, and at least two nights' accommodation. These costs are invoiced separately once your final itinerary is confirmed.
Yes - I love working alongside international planners and venue teams. I often liaise directly with them to discuss logistics such as power access, sound setup, and performance timing. My experience with planners across Europe and beyond allows me to fit seamlessly into your vendor team, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.
Absolutely! I'm passionate about multicultural weddings and have performed traditional and contemporary music from cultures around the world - from Greek and Italian to Sri Lankan, Persian, Arabic, Jewish, Afghan, Maltese, and more. I'll work with you to incorporate songs that hold cultural or family significance, ensuring your music feels deeply personal and authentic.
Of course. Every couple receives three complimentary special requests in addition to unlimited song choices from my repertoire list. If you'd like additional songs learned or customised arrangements, I can absolutely accommodate that with enough notice. I always aim to tailor each performance to your love story and the atmosphere you envision.
Yes! Many couples book me for welcome parties, ceremonies, cocktail hours, receptions, and recovery brunches. Each event can be tailored to a different style or mood - from romantic classical performances to lively DJ and violin collaborations. This creates a cohesive musical journey across your entire wedding experience.
Yes - I personally assist all my couples with music planning. Once you've secured your booking, we'll schedule a consultation to discuss your vision, ceremony structure, and song preferences. I'll also provide suggestions from my curated repertoire lists to help you design a seamless musical flow that enhances every moment of your day.
