We cannot thank Lauren and her team enough. From our first meeting with Lauren we felt confident we had found someone who understood our brief and was going to be able to create the most magical setting for us. The day was everything we dreamt of and so much more, and so much of that we owe to Lauren. Lauren made the process such a pleasant experience, with great communication and a calming presence, we knew were in great hands. It is clear to us that Lauren is a beautiful person who is hard working and gives her all to her work, and we can't recommend her more highly!

Her communication was clear, her pricing transparent, and her responses were always quick, friendly, and reassuring. She instantly put us at ease and made what can be a stressful process feel like a breeze. Lauren was incredibly accommodating—when our design brief changed partway through planning, she didn’t skip a beat. She created a whole new mood board (actually, multiple options!) and worked with us to make sure everything was both affordable and absolutely stunning. On the day, she was truly a calm in the storm—a beautiful, kind, and grounded presence who ended up being one of the standout highlights of our entire wedding. Her energy is warm, genuine, and deeply caring. She’s not only an insanely talented stylist but an equally beautiful human being inside and out. The styling was everything we dreamed of and more. We engaged Etc/Lauren over 12 months ago, in the lead up to our daughter‘s wedding this past weekend. We cannot say enough about how well organised Lauren and her team were through the entire process and of course particularly on the big day. Lauren is the absolute picture of calm at the times we needed it most leading up to the wedding, helping with all of the many vendors, and making the entire day go without a hitch. There was no hint of her trying to enforce her own taste or expectations on us as parents or of course on the bride and groom. She was there at all times to listen, understand what we all wanted, and do everything she could to help put it all together in a way that came out beautifully and aligned with our budget. All of the vendors that Lauren and her team introduced to us were equally excellent, very lovely and warm, and also highly skilled. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Etc to anyone else planning a wedding, particularly in country Victoria and Melbourne.

WOW, where to begin. My husband reached out to Lauren roughly 6 months before our wedding day. INSANE! Lauren didn’t even bat an eye about the time frame, she made everything possible but not only that, she made it oh so easy for us. My husband and I work a lot and to have Lauren in our corner gave us time to enjoy our day and BREATHE. We cannot thank Lauren enough for her calmness, kindness and commitment to our special day. Lauren made our special day the most perfect visual spectacle for ourselves and our guests. From our initial moodboard, Lauren understood the brief and created an outline that incorporated mine and my fiancee's ideal colour palette, florals and style. Every part of the process was made easy by her attention to detail and communication. No adjustment was too big or too small and every little thing was clearly itemised so that we could see exactly what we had. Lauren also provided a timeline template which saved us a headache in planning out our day, we literally could not have had the stress free wedding day we had without her work. Our guests could not get over how beautiful every detail was.

Lauren and her team were brilliant! I had admired Lauren’s work for a while and once I finally got engaged I was so excited to be able to work with her.
