We cannot imagine what it would have been like without Wedding Bee 🙈, especially while living outside Poland and in a different place from where the wedding was held. THE BEST WEDDING PLANNER TEAM IN WARSAW! I am a very demanding woman from New York who wanted to have her wedding in Poland. Maja and her team were there for me every step of the way. The result? The wedding was MAGICAL! From organising the ceremony and reception to makeup trials, creating my magical garden, selecting the venue, booking rooms and transport for guests, helping me get dressed and organising the rehearsal dinner, Maja and her team were 10/10. When I first started planning my wedding, I was not sure whether it made sense to hire a wedding planner for such an intimate ceremony—an elopement with only our witnesses. However, I chose Wedding Bee, and I am now so glad that I did. We were married in Slovenia in June 2024, and none of the other agencies I considered had this destination in their portfolio. Because Slovenia is less popular than Greece or Italy, the planner had to put much more effort into finding the right services and organising everything. We stayed in regular contact, all our requests were taken into account and the available options were presented clearly, which made every decision easier. I honestly do not know how it would have turned out if I had needed to handle everything myself! The planner's support was especially important on the wedding day. I felt much more confident and at peace knowing that someone was in control and that we were prepared for different weather scenarios. The steamer the planner brought proved to be a real lifesaver, and the photographer recommendation was perfect. We would also like to thank you for all the help we received after the wedding, when we had an adventure with a lost wedding ring—fortunately found—and for wading through an Alpine stream with us.

We met Maja and Maciek while organising a styled photoshoot at Dwór Afrodyta. From the very beginning, while developing the concept, they were open to discussion, never imposing, and attentive and caring about every detail. The day before the shoot, Maja discreetly and effectively put out a fire when one of the models became unavailable. The result was a wonderful film and photographs that delighted the online audiences of 20 participants and generated millions of views.
