Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You create an account, tell us about your planning business, and the portal opens immediately. There is nothing to cancel — if you decide not to subscribe, access simply ends when the trial does.
What is the Wedded Planner Portal?
The Wedded Planner Portal is the professional version of Wedded Wonderland's planning software. You keep a roster of the couples you manage, open any one of them, and run their wedding website, guest list and RSVPs, budget, timeline, tasks, vendors, seating chart, calendar, menu and decor board on their behalf — all from one login.
How many couples can I manage?
Your plan sets how many couples you can have active at once. Archived couples do not count towards the limit, so a finished wedding frees a slot without deleting anything.
Do my couples need their own account or login?
No. A couple you add is a record on your roster that you plan on behalf of — there is no invitation for them to accept and no software for them to learn. Adding a couple, including their contact email, never sends them an email.
How do I move between couples?
From your roster, open a couple and every planning tool loads as that couple. A “Managing: …” bar stays at the top of the screen so you always know whose wedding you are in, and switching back to the roster takes one click.
Which tools do I get for each couple?
