These beautiful photos have emerged from the war-torn Syrian city of Homs proving that love truly does conquer all. The images are of newlyweds, Nada Merhi (Bride) and Hassan Youssef (Groom) who is part of the army that took his city back from the rebels late last year.
The photos, which are taken in front of the rubble of the destroyed town, provide a stark backdrop to the intimate moments shared between the Bride and Groom.
