Anthony and Georgia’s proposal story is unique and beautiful! Anthony had a romantic proposal planned during the couple’s upcoming holiday in Fiji, however this didn’t necessarily go to plan. The day before the couple were due to fly out, Georgia caught Anthony trying to hide the ring!
“When I realised what he had intended to do I was really upset for ruining it. However, he got down on one knee, told me how much he loved me and asked me to marry him. We had a lovely time that day sharing the news with our family and friends before having an amazing holiday to celebrate. Anthony says our proposal reflects us completely. He can hide nothing from me and nothing with us ever goes to plan!”
The couple married in true Greek style; a day filled with large, loud and traditional Greek celebrations, with plenty of plate smashing and dancing on tables. The reception was transformed into a floral wonderland with elegant yet modern touches, including: eye-catching floral centre-pieces combined with gold candelabras and white flowers hanging above the bridal table.
“From the ceremony through to the reception the atmosphere was filled with love, joy and fun. I will never forget standing together at the altar as our family and friends watched us become husband and wife. I was just overjoyed to see our guests so happy and excited for us. It was infectious throughout the day and truly the best day of our lives,” Georgia told Wedded Wonderland.
