From the start, Jane and Yarik had a clear vision: “bright and eye-catching, but modern boho without the hippie.”
They wanted the heart of Bali: local, lush, and fierce; but elevated with metallics that shimmered at every turn.

Armed with mood boards, colour swatches, and multiple late-night Zoom calls (because destination weddings = time zones and teamwork), Tash and her team turned a Pinterest dream into a real-life fantasy.
“We had the florals and fruits in spades,” Tash laughs, “and thanks to the incredible vendors here in Bali, we tied everything together with custom flatware, mirrored disco balls, and echoes of that energy in every stage of the day.”

An hour before the ceremony, Bali decided to crank up the heat. We’re talking the kind of humidity that melts foundation and patience alike.
Instead of panicking, Plan A Bali pulled a master move: swapping the day’s schedule on the spot.
Guests enjoyed cocktail hour first, under the shade with ocean breezes, while the ceremony was pushed to dusk.
Ask anyone who’s worked with Tash Heyder and they’ll tell you, she’s the calm in the chaos, the fixer behind the fairytale.
“Weddings never go exactly to plan,” she admits. “Even the best-designed ones. You just have to be ready to pivot. Especially in Bali, with unpredictable weather, local ceremonies that block roads, or surprise traffic. Flexibility is everything.”
That flexibility is what made Jane and Yarik’s wedding not just beautiful, but seamless. A celebration that looked effortless because every Plan A decision behind the scenes was anything but.
