Pippa Middleton Confirms Pregnancy

Pippa Middleton has finally confirmed the news that she’s expecting her first child, with husband James Matthews.

The mum-to-be has been on royal bump watch for six weeks and we thought we saw a slight hint of her baby bump while she was attending Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding.

The 34-year-old announced her pregnancy in her latest column for U.K supermarket monthly magazine, Waitrose Kitchen.

In the column, the mum-to-be reveals that she feels “lucky” to not suffer from severe morning sickness. She writes,

“I was lucky to pass the 12-week scan without suffering from morning sickness. That meant I was able to carry on as normal.”

As a fitness enthusiast, Middleton expressed her plans to remain fit and healthy during the remaining months of her pregnancy.

“When I learned the happy news that I was pregnant, I realized I needed to adjust my four to five-day-a-week [fitness] routine,”

“I’ve noticed my body change, but through exercise I feel it’s being strengthened,” she wrote. “I’m fanatical about sport and have looked at loads of books and websites on exercise during pregnancy, but have been disappointed by the limited technical information what you can and can’t do.”
