AYANA Bali works for almost any guest count because the estate has so many settings. Couples marrying small often choose Tresna Chapel, which sits above the ocean, or the glass-walled Astina Pavilion with its 180 degree sea view. For an outdoor ceremony with height, SKY is an open stage on the cliff edge, while KISIK Pier catches the sunset at sea level.
The estate holds 4 hotels: AYANA Villas, with thatched-roof private pool villas and 24-hour butler service on the cliff; AYANA Resort, the flagship with classic rooms and ocean views; AYANA Segara, a hilltop hotel with a rooftop; and RIMBA, set in forest with multi-level pools. Guests at any hotel can use the facilities across the estate.
Receptions can move from the ceremony site to a separate venue on the estate. AYANA Villa and SKY each seat a few hundred, Champa Garden handles very large celebrations, and the Amara and RIMBA ballrooms give an all-weather option for 400 or more. Rock Bar can be booked for a private gathering of 20. Trams link the hotels and venues, so guests move between drinks, dinner and dancing without needing cars.
Between events there are 14 pools and beach areas, more than 40 spa treatments, yoga, golf and Kubu Beach Club on the sand. Sunset at Rock Bar is the obvious welcome drinks plan.
