Looking back, this past year went by like a breeze but there were heart-stopping moments too – more so for these celebrities who Wed in 2022! 

Here’s a rundown of our fave celebrities who tied the knot this year:

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez

You know what they say, love is sweeter the second time around. This is especially true for Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez. On the 26th of July, the couple chose to quietly tie the knot in Las Vegas. JLo eventually got to walk the aisle again on the 20th of August at Ben Affleck’s gorgeous estate in Riceboro, Georgia. Not only did they get to say ‘I do’ twice, but they also had two separate honeymoons. One to Paris after their Vegas wedding and another to Italy after their ceremony in Georgia. 

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari

After five years of being together, Britney Spears finally got her fairytale wedding with Sam Asghari. Clad in a custom-of-the-shoulder Versace dress with a flawless leg slit on one side, Britney married Sam in their Thousand Oaks home in California on the 10th of June. The couple had an intimate wedding with 60 guests including stars like Madonna, Selena Gomez, Paris Hilton, and Drew Barrymore.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker

This couple said I do, not once, or twice, but three times. In true Kardashian fashion, Kourtney did not settle for one ceremony. In April the couple had a “practice” ceremony in Las Vegas and got legally married on the 15th of May in Santa Barbara California with some family and friends. Finally, the couple alongside their loved ones jetted over to Portofino, Italy in a villa owned by Dolce & Gabbana, to say their final ‘I dos.’ 

Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz

If we’re talking luxurious and extravagant, we have to talk about Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz’s wedding which took place in Nicola’s father’s million-dollar estate in Palm Beach, Florida. The star-studded three-day celebration paid ode to Nicola’s Jewish background. The gorgeous bride channeled ‘90s supermodel Claudia Schiffer with her hair-do and her classic Valentino dress while the dashing groom wore a Dior suit.

Taylor Lautner and Taylor Dome

Long-time lovers, Taylor Lautner and Taylor Dome’s wedding can be filed as one of the most romantic and intimate nuptials of the year. The Twilight star married his best friend at Epoch Estate Winery, California on the 11th of November. Taylor Dome specifically didn’t want anything too big or grand, but she still walked the aisle in style with her Winnie Couture dress, while Lautner waited at the end in a custom-made suit by Dolce & Gabbana.

Ne-Yo and Crystal Renay

True love has a habit of coming back and it did come back 2 years later for Ne-Yo and Crystal Renay. The couple remarried in the Resorts World complex in Las Vegas with the famous strip as their backdrop. They pulled all the stops to make their dream wedding come to life with the venue’s rooftop adorned with thousands of red roses and a 6-foot tall wedding cake with different flavours. 

Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams

We all saw Sarah Hyland grow up in the sitcom Modern Family, now she’s here married to her long time boyfriend, Wells Adams who was in “The Bachelor.” After their 3-year engagement which was prolonged by the pandemic, the couple finally had their lovely outdoor ceremony at the Sunstone Winery in Santa Ynez, California on the 20th of August. The couple celebrated their love surrounded by their family, friends, and even some of the “Modern Family” cast.

AnnaSophia Robb and Trevor Paul

A love story that all started with a small conversation at a communal table while reading their books. Whether it’s fate, chance, or destiny that brought AnnaSophia Robb and Trevor Paul together, we think their mountainside ‘picnic chic’ wedding was absolutely wonderful. The couple officially tied the knot on the 10th of September in a luxurious property in New York.  

Lais Ribeiro and Joakim Noah

Victoria’s Secret Model, Lais Ribeiro, and basketball player, Joakim Noah took their marriage to a dreamy and romantic beach in Brazil on July 13. The couple looked completely stunning while they brought on the beach vibes with the bride’s embroidered sheer gown by Galia Lahav and loose beach waves hair-do and the groom in an all-white suit with yellow tinted sunglasses.

Billie Lourd and Austen Rydell

Billie Lourd who stars in films we all know and love like American Horror Stories and Scream Queens married producer Austin Rydell in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Their love story began in 2016 and we’ve seen glimpses of it throughout the years. The gorgeous bride wore an ethereal off-the-shoulder gown by Rodarte. In true Channel number 3 fashion, they threw glitter in the air to end the magical ceremony.
