Adele’s Wedding won’t be as fancy as we once envisioned! She may have just been crowned the richest British celebrity under 30, with an estimated worth of $125 million, but that doesn’t mean Adele will be splurging the cash when she finally ties the knot to Simon Konecki over Christmas.
Adele is reportedly planning a budget wedding complete with a ‘bangers and mash’ dinner (aka sausages and mashed potatoes).
A source told Heat Magazine the star “Doesn’t want her wedding to be formal and show-offy. She wants it to be about who they are as a couple. Adele would happily have a small ceremony, then dish out the bangers and mash afterwards. She’s not tight – she’s happy to pay for everyone to have a great day – she just doesn’t want it to be stuffy.
“It won’t be star-studded either. She will invite all her mates she grew up with as well as old friends like Alan Carr and Sid Owen too.”
The couple – who have been together for five years – are currently living in Beverly Hills and are reportedly planning to tie the knot in Los Angeles, followed by a celebration in the UK for Adele’s family and friends.
