Mira and Wisam’s stunning wedding took place in Lebanon , where they tied the knot at the St.Georges Orthodox Cathedral in Beirut and later celebrated in Sursock Castle’s exquisite outdoor garden with their closest family and friends. As both Mira and Wissam are architects they worked on every last detail of their wedding without a wedding planner, ensuring it reflected their tastes perfectly! The grand church was adorned in lush green floral arrangements and the reception had a ‘wooden and branches’ theme, with glass candles, lush greenery and wild flowers in glass vases as well as unique quotes on each table, adding to to warmth and romantic feel of the space.
Mira stunned in a uniquely detailed gown designed by her super talented sister Sara Melki. We can only imagine how exciting it would be to create your own sister’s wedding gown! Mira complemented her gown perfectly with flowing waves and a beautiful cascading floral bouquet.
Reflecting on their special day Mira told Wedded Wonderland, ” from the entrance with the Zaffe through to cake cutting, it was the best day, full of joy and emotions. It was just perfect and we can still remember every detail.”
