Sarah Roza took to Instagram this morning to confirm what we had all been fearing – our favourite MAFS couple have broken up!

We know Married At First Sight is now officially over, but as long as our favourite couples continue with the drama the only way they know how, we’re going to keep talking about them.
While we were all distracted by Troy and Carly‘s eyes-open makeout sesh and Ashley’s savage Instagram crop, our favourite couple – Sarah Roza and Telv Williams, the same ones who had us in tears in the final episode as they proclaimed their love for one another – have apparently split.

As much as we don’t want to say it’s true, the news has reportedly been broken by MAFS co-stars Ryan Gallagher and Troy Delmege.
Although Troy seems to say things without thinking, he appeared on the Chrissie, Sam and Browny radio show on Nova to confirm the news.
“I don’t think I’d be surprising anyone in saying that none of them are still together.”
He continued, saying, “It’s only me and Carly, plus Sean and Tracey.”
Let’s put this into perspective – Telv and Sarah, who were the show’s definition of #couplegoals, didn’t last and yet Carly and Troy are still going strong. Okay.

Apparently the distance was a major factor in the break up of other MAFS couples, with Troy telling the hosts, “I think like some of the interstate matches might have made things a little bit challenging for some people.
“When you get to the real world, I guess it’s kind of hard to emulate what you had in the experiment because you’re in such a bubble there.”
In what may be the only thing out of Troy’s mouth that I can agree with, he said of Telv and Sarah “They seem so good for each other, they matched better than anyone else expected … It’s a little disappointing but they’ve obviously got their reasons.”
The news was also confirmed by too-sweet-for-this-world Ryan, who told OK! Magazine that Telv and Sarah “both [have] their demons. He’s in Melbourne now, but they’re not together … They’re still talking and they’re civil to one another, but they’ve got a lot of baggage between them … I don’t think they see eye-to-eye on a lot of things.”
If you’ll excuse us, we’ll be mourning the loss of a love found and lost on a reality television show.
