Even after the season’s end, it looks like the stars of Married At First Sight are sticking around for a bit of extra limelight.
If you need a quick catch up because reality show drama generally tends to leave your mind the second the credits start rolling: Ashley Irvin was initially matched with Troy Delmege and then rejected him, which left him free to pursue Carly Bowyer who was matched with Justin Fischer, a millionaire ice-cream technician. Justin had previously mentioned his fondness of blonde girls like Ashley and the two were spotted enjoying a romantic weekend in Sydney together after the show. Ashley has since denied that their relationship was anything more than friendly, while Justin went on radio to tell Kyle and Jackie O that the relationship was strictly sexual. Classy move, Justin.
Stu Laundy, a publican reportedly worth $500 million, was the winner of Sophie Monk‘s The Bachelorette season and the two enjoyed a public relationship for a while after the show’s end before calling it quits – specifically, Sophie broke up with Stu over Instagram without him actually knowing it was coming.
With both Ashley and Stu single and reality tv graduates, we’re not too surprised to hear that they’ve apparently shacked up.
As New Idea reported, the two were seen at one of Stu’s venues, Woolwich Pier Hotel, enjoying dinner and a view on the hotel’s balcony with a bottle of expensive champagne.
An insider exclusively revealed to the publication that the pair “shared a kiss across the table during the night,” before leaving in Stu’s chauffeur-driven car to stay at a hotel in the city. We’re getting déjà vu from her previous date with Justin at the Park Hyatt.
The reality TV pair look pretty happy, so the best of luck to them.
