After months of rumours, whispers and interpreting Instagram photos, we have finally got confirmation over WHO this year’s Bachelorette is – and it’s not who you were expecting.

The lucky lady’s name is Georgia Love and she’s a TV presenter based in Tasmania, but she’s putting everything on hold to film the series in the hopes of finding her Prince Charming.

Channel 10 underwent months of casting and initially there were talks that the Bachelorette would be one of the Bachelors previous contestants including Lana Jeavons-Fellows or Louise Pillidge, however, producers finally settled on this 29-year old stunner!

One of Georgia’s friends spoke to New Idea saying, “Georgia’s been unlucky in love, but she’s a hopeless romantic. The main issue she has had is moving around so much for work interstate and internationally, so it has been really hard to maintain close relationships and open herself up to guys, because chances are she will be off again in a year or so.”

We can’t wait to watch Georgia’s journey!
