If I’m being honest, the size of my hips, thighs and butt really hit me the moment I started thinking about my dream Wedding gown. I’d always thought that when I finally walked down the aisle, I’d have the ultimate Bride body; I’d be in the best shape of my life – and I wanted a curve-hugging Wedding gown to show it off.

However, my engagement (and subsequently, my Wedding) crept up on me and before I knew it, I was fast running out of time to start working towards my tight and toned hourglass figure.
