In honour of Rihanna’s 29th birthday, her former boo Drake gave her a special shout-out message during his show in Dublin.

Though the couple split up a couple of months ago Drake talked about the birthday girl on stage telling the crowd,  “It’s somebody’s birthday today. She’s someone I have a lot of love for and a lot of respect for.” However, instead of singing “Happy Birthday,” because Drake and Rhi Rhi aren’t exactly traditional, he performed his parts of their song, “Work.”

The couple have a complicated with their off again, on again relationship and following his split from Jennifer Lopez, Drake sure didn’t miss a chance to profess his love to Rihanna on stage – Happy Birthday Rhi Rhi!
