Aya and Bassam’s Dreamy Adelaide Wedding

On January 7th, 2023, Bassam and his beautiful bride Aya exchanged vows at the Adelaide Convention Centre, surrounded by over 700 loved ones. It was a truly magical event that brought together their families, friends and loved ones to celebrate their love and commitment to each other. This Adelaide wedding was an absolute dream venue that provided a stunning backdrop for the occasion with its modern and elegant architecture and panoramic views of the city skyline. Their big day was everything they ever hoped for with every detail carefully planned and executed to perfection by an exceptional team of vendors.

The talented Amicus Strings provided entertainment, with two string quartets playing simultaneously inside and outside the hall as guests arrived. CDarz Entertainment ensured everyone was ready for a night of celebration, with an Arabic singer providing additional entertainment.

Of course, the true stars of this Adelaide wedding were Aya and Bassam. Aya looked stunning in a custom-made Paolo Sebastian dress with a 4.5-meter train, while Bassam donned a Hugo Boss suit, a Dior tie, and a Cartier wedding band.

Makeup artist Lili of @makeupbylilik and hairstylist Adriana of Boris the Cuttery completed Aya’s flawless look. Rose from @elixirskinfitness prepped her skin for months leading up to the wedding.

The ceremony was held the night before the wedding, surrounded by both families. The couple’s decision to have a private ceremony the night before proved to be a wise one, as it allowed them to fully immerse themselves in the reception without any additional stress.

The reception was a true feast for the senses, with the couple’s vision of creating an unforgettable experience for their guests coming to life. One of the most striking features was a custom-made chandelier that left guests in awe. The cake, created by Lyons Den Cakes, weighed almost 100kg, making it a true centerpiece of the evening.

The couple did not have a traditional head bridal table; instead, they sat with their parents among the guests, truly embracing the celebration with all of their loved ones.

Reflecting on their special day, Aya and Bassam couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. As Aya said, “Everything was perfect. As cliché as it may sound, we wouldn’t change a single thing.”

In the end, the wedding was an unforgettable celebration of love and commitment, filled with beautiful moments that will last a lifetime.
