With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, Alpha want to treat you and your loved one to a night of sumptuous Greek cuisine. Valued at $350, you’ll be treated to a glass of sparkling on arrival, drinks sourced locally and from Greece and New Zealand, and a menu that is sure to make you a repeat diner.

Enjoy Alpha’s signature spin on wood fired pita and beetroot hommous, halloumi saganaki, and slow-roasted tomato yemistes to start. Choose between a succulent rack of lamb or fresh yellow fin tuna plaki; and finally, end the night on a sweet note with chocolate galaktoboureko.

Housed within a historic Victorian building, Alpha can also accommodate larger parties, with private function rooms for up to 32 people, as well as exclusive venue hire able to host up to 180 guests. With its whitewashed walls, fishing net lights, and sandstone wall engravings, you’ll feel as though you can step out onto the Greek coastline at any moment.

Just upstairs from Alpha sits sister-restaurant, Beta Bar and Gallery – an innovative space where Ancient Greece meets an inner-city aesthetic, thanks to its high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and stylish furnishings.
