On Tuesday February 6th, Wedded Wonderland took over Beta Bar and Gallery in Sydney to host A Morning with Wedded Wonderland. Bringing together our friends, business partners, and suppliers we admire, the event was an opportunity for businesses in the weddings and events industry to network and learn more about where 2018 will take us.
As guests began to stream in, they were treated to canapés and drinks from Beta Bar’s talented kitchen while enjoying the chic surrounding of the gallery. Adding splashes of colour around the venue were the bold pinks and fuchsias of John Emmanuel’s flowers and the splashes of gold from Decorative Events’ décor and styling. Guests also went home with custom lollipops from The Lollipop Lane with inspiring tags by Edge House Design.
With the room buzzing with excitement, our Fairy Godmother Wendy El Khoury was introduced on stage by the wonderful Pamela Petherbridge of Bride Minded. From there, she discussed the focus for businesses and couples in 2018 and the influence of new wedding trends and legislations on the industry. Attendees were also given an inside look into the average cost of a wedding and the impact that social media has on wedding suppliers.
It was also an opportunity for Wendy to introduce Wedded Wonderland’s 2018 Ambassadors so far, including Alexandra Nea, Alysia Bridger, Brown Sugar, Mary Ronis, John Emmanuel, Melissa Sassine, Natalie Anne, Pamela Petherbridge, Steven Khalil, and Lillian Khallouf.
