Spanning two days amidst the UNESCO-recognized splendor of Lago Maggiore, their wedding was crafted to highlight Northern Italy’s natural and historic allure. It infused an eclectic, youthful vibrancy into these grand, yet dormant, settings, awakening them with the dynamic and colorful spirit of 21st-century unconventionality.
Luna and Cesar’s collaboration with Giorgia and Anna from the planning agency was nothing short of magical. Their ability to bring the couple’s vision to life in the picturesque Italian setting was remarkable. The planners’ creativity and adaptability were key in making the couple’s dream wedding a reality.
The theme ‘Lunar’ – a fusion of their names – perfectly represented their unity. The idea was to revive the historical spaces of Northern Italy with their young, colorful energy. With a mix of bold colors, medieval elements, and modern touches, the wedding was an extraordinary blend of tradition and contemporary style.
The choice of venue couldn’t have been more perfect. The pre-wedding festivities at Isola Bella set the tone for an unforgettable experience, while the main ceremony at the 900-year-old Church of Saints Gervasio and Protasio and reception at Rocca di Angera painted a picture of medieval romance.
Luna and Cesar ensured that their Lebanese roots were honored. From traditional dragees to a modern rendition of the Lebanese Zaffe, the wedding was a beautiful amalgamation of their cultural heritage and personal preferences.
The 120-person imperial table on the panoramic terrace was a sight to behold. The combination of candles, vibrant flowers, and suspended crystal chandeliers created a scene straight out of a fairy tale.
