With a traditional proposal and 6-month engagement, Shuroog and Saud’s love blossomed into the beautiful relationship that convinced them they were ready to tie the knot.

The wedding that followed took place in Shuroog’s second home of Dubai, allowing her closest family and friends to join in on the celebrations and create a truly special day. Dressed in a Mark Bumgarner gown, Shuroog fit the bill for the regal bride. As for her groom, he was dressed in the traditional Thob and Bisht, before changing into a tux for the main reception.

Thanks to the help of the talent of Zainab Alsalih from Carousel Events, the Five Palm Jumeirah was transformed into an incredible timeless display of classic beauty. An all-white wedding, the venue overflowed with stunning blooms, including orchids, hydrangeas and David Austin roses, as well as touches of golf, romantic candles, and gold textured linens. The whole design was fit for a princess!

Guests were treated to an international buffet serving sushi, risotto, pasta and ice cream. Traditional tea and coffee and trays of chocolate also made the way around the room.
