Maintaining a balance between your personal and working life is super important – and may just be the only thing we have in common with Hollywood glamazon Megan Fox.
The 31-year-old spoke to US Weekly about her marriage to Brian Austin Green while she’s busy promoting her latest lingerie line with Frederick’s of Hollywood and Forever 21. After being married for 8 years, Megan says the secret to their marriage is finding the time to focus one each other and going on dates.
Who said dates have to stop after marriage?
“We don’t do it often, but we went to Nobu for Valentine’s Day and that was nice … The thing about that that’s so essential is you remember why you like the person that you had kids with.”

The couple have three children together; Noah, 5, Bodhi, 4, and Journey, 1. Brian also has a 15-year-old son, Kassius, with his ex, Vanessa Marcil.
“When you have so many people pulling at you and needing stuff, you kind of forget. You become like business partners and then you go on a date and you’re like, ‘Ugh! I’m attracted to you!’ So it’s important to do that.
“I’m gonna try and do it more often.”
Megan and Brian famously divorced in 2015 after first marrying in Hawaii in 2010. However, Brian worked hard to repair their marriage, even taking Megan on a romantic holiday to Hawaii in 2016 to the place where they first married.
They eventually reconciled and have been together since.

Brian revealed in a podcast last year that “marriage is hard” but that the couple take it “day by day.”
“It’s work, I think for anyone. I think when you get to the point like we have, where you have kids and you’ve been married for a while and we’ve been together for a long time, it’s – you just take it day by day.
“Some people look at divorce or things not working as like a disappointment and it’s not. The fact that it worked at all is a positive.”
