When you’re planning the look and feel of your big day, it can sometimes become overwhelming, with so many gorgeous ideas to choose from! This is where it pays to contact the professionals, with expert advice to create a beautifully styled event, without causing stress in the lead up.

We are so excited to be able to offer one lucky couple the chance to win such expert advice, thanks to the lovely team from Love 2 Love – Wedding & Event Planner and Clara’s Flower Studio! You could win their wedding styling and design service worth $8,000.  Which includes concept planning, creative design, execution and flowers to create the wedding of your dreams.

The package includes:

Wedding Styling (by Love 2 Love – Wedding and Event Planner)

• Up to 3 personal, one-on-one consultations
• Ongoing email & phone contact
• Minimum of one on-site visit to both your ceremony & reception locations.
• Direction and advice to help you develop the style/theme for your day.  Everything will be covered from the invitations to the final farewell and every little unique and personal detail in between.
• Full styling scheme: includes a presentation of your spaces fully styled with floor plans and images of all items such as furniture, flowers, lighting, linen, cake, gift and guest book displays, stationery and wedding favours.
• Securing all suppliers on your behalf, including sourcing and negotiating prices.
• Managing your styling budget: keeping you up to date with additions, savings and discounts and sending you reminders when payments are due.
• We will coordinate and manage all details in relation the successful execution of the styling concept on the day. We will liaise with all suppliers for a seamless set up and personally be on site to supervise and over see every detail. We will also coordinate bump out and collection times liaising with your venue manager.

Wedding Flowers (by Clara’s Flower Studio)

• Bouquet for 1 Bride & 2 bridesmaids
• Buttonhole for 1 Groom & 2 groomsman.
• Ceremony arrangement consisting of 1 clustered floral arrangement
• Bridal table flowers consisting of 5 floral vases
• 1 clustered floral centrepiece for guest tables (up to a maximum of ten tables)
• Flowers used in styling to be in season and available.
• Flowers are based on 100 guests, however the couple is welcome to cover additional expenses for an increased number of guests or any additional services.

Also, included in the package is $2,000 to spend in our hire boutique.
