Wedded Concierge works directly with couples to understand what they are looking for and connect them with relevant businesses within the Wedded Wonderland network.
Rather than simply listing businesses in a directory, Concierge creates qualified introductions based on the client's requirements, preferences, location, budget and wedding plans.
Approved partners become eligible to receive introductions and referral opportunities through Wedded Wonderland and Wedded Concierge.
Wedded Wonderland retains discretion over promotion and does not guarantee a minimum level of referrals, exposure or bookings.

Become an approved partner
Successful applicants are approved as Wedded Concierge Partners and added to the relevant Concierge partner network.

Receive relevant introductions
When Wedded Concierge is working with a client whose requirements align with the Partner's offering, Wedded Wonderland may introduce the client to the Partner.
- Step 05
Confirmed bookings
When a Wedded Wonderland referred client confirms a booking and pays a deposit, the commercial terms of the Partner Agreement apply.

The Wedded Concierge partner model
No upfront cost to join. Commercial terms apply only when a Wedded Wonderland referred client results in a confirmed booking.
Referral to booking
When Wedded Wonderland refers a client to an approved Partner and the referral results in a confirmed booking and payment of a deposit, the commercial terms set out in the Partner Agreement apply.
Venue bookings
For venues, those terms can relate to the total contracted value of services booked by the referred client, including accommodation revenue and subsequent event-related spend associated with the booking.
Rates
Services promoted through Wedded Wonderland must be provided at gross rates inclusive of the applicable commercial terms, rather than a separate net rate for Wedded Wonderland.

What does it cost to become a Wedded Concierge Partner?
There is no upfront cost to join. The model is performance based: the commercial terms set out in the Partner Agreement apply only when a client referred by Wedded Wonderland confirms a booking and pays a deposit.
How is this different from a directory listing?
A directory lists businesses and leaves couples to sort through them. Wedded Concierge works directly with couples to understand their requirements, preferences, location, budget and wedding plans, then makes a qualified introduction to the partners that genuinely match. Approved partners become eligible to receive those introductions.
Who can apply to join the partner network?
Established venues, hotels and resorts, planners and wedding suppliers across twenty-one categories, from catering and florals to photography, entertainment, bridal fashion, transport and travel. We look for a professional and established offering, prompt responses to enquiries, clear packages or pricing, and service standards suited to the Wedded Wonderland audience.
Does applying guarantee acceptance?
No. Every application is reviewed individually by the Wedded Wonderland team, and acceptance remains at Wedded Wonderland's discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Wedded Concierge Partner network.
What happens after I submit my application?
Our team reviews your business, services and suitability for the Concierge network. If your application is successful, a member of the Wedded Wonderland team will contact you about onboarding and next steps.
What kinds of bookings can an introduction lead to?
Introductions are not limited to the wedding day. Depending on your business they can relate to engagements, pre-wedding celebrations and wedding-related events, venue hire, guest accommodation and room blocks, catering, social or corporate events, and honeymoons and travel.
Are referral volumes guaranteed?
No. Wedded Wonderland retains discretion over promotion and does not guarantee a minimum level of referrals, exposure or bookings. Introductions are made when a Concierge client's requirements align with a partner's offering.
Do I need to offer Wedded Wonderland a separate net rate?
No. Services promoted through Wedded Wonderland must be provided at gross rates inclusive of the applicable commercial terms, rather than a separate net rate for Wedded Wonderland.
