This breathtaking moment marked the start of a journey that led them to the enchanting landscapes of Tuscany for their dreamy Destination Wedding.

Choosing to Have a Destination Wedding

Andy and Erika shared a vision of an intimate celebration against the backdrop of awe-inspiring scenery. Tuscany, with its rolling vineyards and picturesque landscapes, captivated their hearts. The allure of a destination wedding was irresistible, allowing them to indulge in their love for good wine, great food, and the company of their nearest and dearest. For this adventurous couple, the idea of a far-off celebration perfectly mirrored the adventurous spirit that bound them together.

The Venue

The choice of La Foce for their wedding venue was a no-brainer. Nestled amidst the beauty of Tuscany, this enchanting location felt like it was plucked from a storybook. 

Surrounded by 60 of their closest friends and family, Andy and Erika exchanged vows in this fairy tale setting. The venue, with its stunning surroundings and beautiful weather, perfectly encapsulated the romantic vision they had for their special day.

The Theme

Against the backdrop of Tuscany’s fall foliage, Andy and Erika’s wedding embraced the rich hues of the season. Their color palette, inspired by the vibrant shades of autumn – yellows, oranges, greens, and burgundies – added an extra layer of magic to their celebration. Every detail, from the flowers to the décor, was meticulously curated to reflect the warmth and splendor of fall, making their wedding a true feast for the senses.

The Wedding Menu

They indulged in freshly crafted, hand-made pizzas during their welcome dinner, savoured an exquisite menu on their wedding day, and experienced the time-honored Italian tradition of having the chef prepare the wedding cake before their eyes. To enhance the culinary experience, a delightful selection of wines, cocktails, and coffee was curated for their guests, ensuring a feast for the senses and creating lasting memories for all attendees.

Incorporating Cultural Elements

Despite the distance from their homeland, Manila, Andy and Erika made sure to infuse their wedding with elements of their Filipino heritage. A Catholic Mass, celebrated by a Filipino priest based in Rome, brought a touch of home to the heart of Tuscany. They incorporated cherished Filipino traditions, highlighting the importance of family in their union. These cultural elements added depth and meaning to their celebration, reminding everyone present of the rich tapestry of love and traditions that shaped their journey.

Honeymoon

Andy and Erika then embarked on their honeymoon in Spain, relishing in the joy of savouring delectable cuisine, a vital element that has always strengthened their bond.
