Nicholas and Madeleine’s country wedding turned out exactly how they had imagined it – relaxed, hilarious and a big party for all their favourite people.
One of the most special moments of the day was having Nicholas’ brother as their celebrant. “This was really special for us, having someone we’re so close with and who we really admire was a big highlight of the day,” the couple told Wedded Wonderland.
The reception party was held at a 100 year old barn on Boomerang Farm, with fire places and an abundance of white flowers adding a warm, romantic feel to the space and setting the mood for night.
Reflecting back on their special day, Madeleine told Wedded Wonderland that the speeches were one of the most memorable aspects of their special day. “They were absolutely hilarious but at the same time really special. My dad’s not usually a sentimental guy, but hearing him get up there and pour his heart out is something I’ll remember forever!”
