After eight years of dating, Eugene proposed to Jacell in a super sweet and romantic way, by organising a private seafood dinner by the beach in Bali, surrounded by flower petals forming the shape of a heart.
Jacell and Eugene wanted their wedding to be unique and fun. All 100 of their guests flew in to the island of Boracay in the Philippines and their reception was held on the beach at the Shangri-La Resort. The couple kept guests entertained throughout the night with fire dancers, drum beater and Ati-Atihan local tribal dancers.
The couple’s first dance as husband and wife was serenaded by a local band and the backdrop was a fireworks display over the water. As the couple left their reception, they had a sparkly farewell, where everyone lit up a sparkler and said their well wishes as the couple walked by.
The couple described their wedding as a ‘night full of fun, laughter and entertainment.’ It certainly looks that way!
