Tel Aviv-based designer, Mira Zwillinger launched her 2016 Stardust Collection at New York Bridal Market and it has us gasping for all the right reasons!
Mira combined forces with her daughter Lihi to create a truly magical spring collection which featured intricate hand-embroided florals, fairy dust sparkles and luxurious lace that played up her signature applique style.
The gowns were coloured with silvery hues, soft greys and ethereal metallics and with the model’s dazzling makeup of pale blues and dewy shine, this collection epitomised fairy-tale femininity.
Silk organza was paired with guipure lace and the necklines varied from strapless to pretty capelets with the skirts ranging from short romantic styles paired with constructed bodices to extravagant ball gowns which were complimented by organza bows, sequins and low back lines.
Inspired by stardust, Mira says “This season we saw our brides sparkling, shimmering and gleaming. For a bride, this is her opportunity to feel like she is in a fairy tale.”
