One of the things that we love here at Wedded Wonderland is getting to know what’s going on in the world of weddings – in Australia and beyond. We’re constantly in awe of the passion and love that is poured into making a bride look and feel incredible for her big day… and it all starts with the face.
When we discovered Lilit Caradanian as @MAKEUPBYLILIT on Instagram, we could tell she was doing something unique. A powerhouse in her industry, Lilit is the number one booked bridal makeup artist in Los Angeles and we certainly know why. Lilit’s style has established not only an enviable celebrity clientele, but has also led to sold-out classes in her LA-based studio and the launch of her own formulation, Elcie Cosmetics. When we contacted Lilit to chat about the possibility of teaching in Australia, Lilit shared that so many of her students travel a great distance to take her classes and that she had never had the time to plan an international tour – but there was something about Australia that she simply could not turn down! Knowing that she has hundreds of dedicated followers based in Australia and with an eagerness to meet them, we started the planning. We couldn’t wait to see some of Australia’s finest makeup artists gathered in one place to learn from a true master of the craft.
On the first day of the tour, we welcomed Lilit into the space where she would be teaching her Sydney Workshop and Master Class, and her reaction was priceless. Thanks to Noel Nassar and his passionate vision, Wedded Wonderland HQ was transformed into an opulent classroom fit for the finest. From the chandeliers to the flowers, cupcakes to the candy – Sydney’s space was a pure celebration of glam luxury.
Sydney artists had the opportunity to sit back and take in valuable tips, tricks and advice from Lilit as she took us on a journey through her most requested bridal makeup looks. Student results were stunning each time, and the feedback on Lilit’s intimate and hands-on teaching style was overwhelmingly positive.

The words expressed to me, the actions and the reactions told me a story. I am so glad I finally got to meet some of my biggest fans on social media, in person! I put myself out there on social media and I assume people get to know me that way; but it feels nice to actually get to know YOU! I made some great friends and had an emotional time departing.
