Wedded Wonderland spoke to Hayman about the exciting new Bridal Range and what we can expect from Colette in future.

What inspired you to create the Bridal range?

When my daughters were getting married, I noticed that finding the perfect accessories for a bride and her bridesmaids was not as easy as it seemed. I wanted to provide brides with playful and modern accessories. We have designed fun, personalised ‘Wifey’ and ‘Mrs’ clutches for brides to adore at their reception.

How would you describe the Colette Bride?

The Colette bride is romantic, elegant, fashionable and Chic. She also loves her accessories!

Do you have any favourite pieces from the collection?

I absolutely love how the range is lavish and unique. Current ranges include satin and jewelled classic clutches. For all summer brides, beautiful embroidered weave clutches are available.

Embroidered ‘Bride Tribe’ clutches have been designed for our bride’s support team being the bridesmaids. We also have a luxurious silk range in hard case and clip frame clutches.

How many accessories are ideal for the modern bride?

Every bride is different, and there is no wrong or right when it comes to how many accessories. Whether it’s understated elegance or opulent glamor, your accessories must compliment your personal style. Tiaras, wrist bracelets, necklaces, statement earrings and stand out clutches are the way to go!

What else can we expect from Colette’s bridal offering?

I’m excited to introduce handbags in lace, pearls, satin, real luxurious silk, glow mesh, summer weaves and even clutches with crystal embellishments.

The perfect colour palette for every bride including nude, pale pink, white, ivory and pearl, highlighted with mixed hardware of light gold, silver and rose gold.

Classic clutch styles remixed with fun slogan pieces for the bride, maid of honour and bridesmaids.

We also have silky robes for the entire bridal party. Bridal hangers to take the perfect wedding dress or suit photo on. We will also have playful accessories for the Bridal Shower and Hen’s night like tiaras, garters, badges and decoration to name a few.
